Terms of Service

AdvisorSEO is an AI manager for local businesses and small agencies, operated by AdvisorPPC.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AdvisorSEO (the "Service"), operated by AdvisorPPC ("we", "us", "our"). You reach the Service by connecting it inside an AI assistant — Claude or ChatGPT — at the connector address https://mcp.advisorseo.ai/mcp. By connecting the Service, adding a website, or otherwise using it, you ("you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is an AI manager that gets organic search work done on the websites you add. On your instructions it keeps a business profile for each website, saves keywords and content plans, writes article drafts, publishes an approved article to your WordPress site, audits a website you name, and stores the leads captured by a lead-capture snippet you install on your own site.

Every change to your data or to your site is previewed first and carried out only when you explicitly confirm it. Publishing to WordPress is draft-then-approve. The Service does not make unattended changes to your website.

2. Authorization and your responsibility

You represent and warrant that you own, control, or are duly authorized to manage each website you connect to the Service, and that you have the authority to grant the access the Service needs to operate.

You authorize every change you confirm, and you remain responsible for your own website. By confirming a change you direct us to carry it out on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each preview before you confirm it; for the content, accuracy, and legality of anything published to your site, including anything the Service drafted; for your own WordPress credentials, including the Application Password you supply and its timely revocation when it is no longer needed; and for telling your website's visitors what the lead-capture snippet collects and having a lawful basis to collect it.

Output is drafted by an AI manager and can be wrong. Review it before you publish it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the terms of any third-party service you connect it to. You agree not to:

  • use the Service on a website you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
  • publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or designed to manipulate a search or answer engine against its published guidelines;
  • attempt to circumvent the preview-and-confirm step, or any access control, usage cap, rate limit, or security measure of the Service;
  • use the Service to send unsolicited messages to the people whose details your forms collect;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

4. Official APIs only, and how we fetch a site you name

Where the Service works with a third-party service, it does so exclusively through that service's own official, authorized Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs"), under the authorization you grant. Publishing to WordPress goes through the WordPress REST API using the Application Password you supply.

The Service does not scrape or crawl a third party's interface, and does not reach data outside the scope of the authorization you gave. The one place it fetches pages directly is the page audit, which fetches a website you name, with a declared user agent and a bounded page count, at a polite rate. You agree not to point the audit at a website you are not authorized to have fetched, and not to use the Service to attempt any prohibited automated extraction.

5. Subscription, trial, and billing

In plain terms:

  • Plans. Starter is $79 per month, Growth is $199 per month, and Agency is $499 per month. Billed annually, the same plans work out at $65, $165, and $415 per month.
  • Trial. There is a trial that needs no card. It is read-only, limited to one website, and limited to 100 capability calls in total. When those are used up, the trial ends.
  • Usage caps. Each plan carries its own caps — how many websites, articles, audited pages, AI-answer checks, leads, and seats it includes. Caps are enforced as you use the Service, not billed after the fact.
  • Overage is off by default. If you reach a cap, the Service stops rather than spends. Overage can only be switched on by you. You will not receive a bill for usage beyond your plan unless you turned overage on yourself.

Fees are payable in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable for a period already begun. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices on notice; a price change takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before it does. Taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility. Billing happens on our own website, never inside an AI assistant's directory.

6. "As is" — no warranty, and no guaranteed results

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that anything it drafts will be accurate.

We do not guarantee results. We make no promise of any search ranking or position, of any amount of traffic, of being cited by any AI or answer engine, or of any number or quality of leads. Search engines, answer engines, and their ranking behaviour are outside our control and change without notice. Nothing said by the Service, on this website, or by us in support is a guarantee of a commercial outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ADVISORPPC OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY CHANGE YOU CONFIRMED AND ANYTHING PUBLISHED TO YOUR SITE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting it in the AI assistant you connected it from, and by revoking the WordPress Application Password you supplied. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if it is necessary to protect the Service or other customers, or if you fail to pay. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — your responsibility for confirmed changes, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service.
